At Stay Bright Window, every product is custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. Because these items are tailored to your unique space, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once production has begun.
Before Production: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After Production Begins: Once the uPVC profiles have been cut to your specific dimensions, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We take pride in our quality, but if an issue arises, we make it right:
Reporting: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or transit damage (e.g., cracked glass or warped frames), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Stay Bright Window will provide a free replacement or repair for the affected part. We do not offer cash refunds for items that can be replaced or fixed to meet our quality standards.
Custom-sized windows and doors.
Products already installed by a third party.
Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
In the rare event that a refund is approved by our management:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
