Since every Stay Bright product is "Made to Order," our timelines are divided into two phases:

  • Production Phase: Typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

  • Transit Phase: Once production is complete and quality-checked, delivery is usually made within 24 to 48 hours.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our manufacturing unit and the volume of the order.

  • Bulk Orders: Large-scale residential or commercial projects may qualify for discounted or free shipping.

  • Transparent Pricing: All delivery fees will be clearly outlined in your final quotation before you make a payment.

4. Handling & Safety

uPVC frames and glass panels are fragile. We use industrial-grade protective packaging and specialized transport vehicles to ensure:

  • Zero scratches on uPVC profiles.

  • No cracks or damage to glass units.

  • Secure transport of hardware and accessories.

5. On-Site Delivery & Installation

  • Access: Customers must ensure that the delivery vehicle has clear access to the site and that there is a safe space to offload the products.

  • Unloading: Our team will assist with unloading. However, if the installation site is above the ground floor and does not have a functional service lift, additional labor charges may apply for manual lifting.

  • Installation: In most cases, our delivery team and installation team arrive together to ensure your windows are fitted immediately upon arrival.

6. Damaged Goods

While we take every precaution, if you notice any damage upon delivery:

  1. Please report it immediately to the delivery coordinator.

  2. Note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document.

  3. We will prioritize a replacement or repair for the damaged component at no extra cost to you.
